I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with years of experience in Coaching and Learning & Development, which gives me a strong understanding of how people think, feel and create lasting change.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and patterns in a way that feels both supportive and practical, helping you not just understand yourself better, but move forward with clarity and confidence.
My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods including emotionally-focused, behavioural and psychodynamic approaches, alongside TEAM CBT (a structured, ground-breaking, evidence-based model developed by Dr David Burns at the Feeling Good Institute). This allows me to tailor our work to your individual needs, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Alongside my private practice, I continue to volunteer to support those who may not otherwise have access to counselling. I am a registered member of the BACP and work in line with their ethical framework.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can work together towards meaningful and lasting change
